2021: Best Estate Agent Award Winner in Lettings
HOP Leeds and HOP Pudsey branches showed an outstanding level of service and care towards prospective clients and we are delighted to award these superb branches with a score of “Exceptional”.

2020: Best Estate Agent Award Winner in Lettings
The evaluation for the award works through a number of stages, starting with 25,000 agents UK-wide which are then whittled down to the very top performers in the industry.

2018/2019: Best Estate Agent Award Winner
New for 2018/19, the EA Masters Best Estate Agent Guide sets a new standard for awards. Supported by Rightmove and the Property Academy the awards seek to recognise the top performing brands.

2018: Feefo Trusted Service Award
Created by Feefo, Trusted Service is awarded only to those businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine ratings and reviews. A badge of honour, this accreditation remains unique, as it is based purely on the interactions with verified customers.

2016: Best Small Northern Lettings Agency of the Year - Silver
Our fifth consecutive win at these awards! The judging panel commented: “Let Leeds is a great business. Its ethos is that ‘Every Move Matters” and the panel found that the Let Leeds team seek to embody this at every turn”

2015: Best Single Northern Office – Gold
This award highlighted the improvements made to the business and the service provided to our customers. Winning the award proved that our current strategy of optimising the way we work and the services we offer is effective.

2014: Northern Letting Agent of the Year - Silver
The judges commented that “Let Leeds is positive and helpful and works to ethical and stringent standards. There is a real urge to demonstrate a dynamic, innovative approach and they are very vocal in wanting to shake the market up.”

2013: Sunday Times Letting Agency of the Year, Northern Office - Gold

2013: Yorkshire & Humber ESTAS Award – Gold
