To suggest that the service provided by HOP Properties has been nothing short of amazing would be an understatement. There was clear communication and advice all the way throughout. Tom held the viewing for us which was arranged within a few days. He was so kind, polite and really informative. Millie handled our contract and she was absolutely brilliant. I had 1000 worries and requests and she was honestly so kind and considerate. I also spoke to our property manager Joe as we wanted a few things removed / changed with the property and there were absolutely no issues with this. Amazing service from the team. I've never had a letting agent like it.

Really happy with the service, had a little issue with my application but they solved this within a day and still managed to get me and my partner moved in the the original move in date. There was a bathroom tap fitted on the day of the move in and a small little bit of mess was left to hoover up but the person moving me in took his time to call me before we even got there, witch I found very professional. There approach with the covid 19 going on was very professional Aswell. Would highly recommend!!.
