JOB TITLE
Lettings Negotiator

JOB PURPOSE
As a Letting Negotiator you are responsible for all aspects of a let.

WORKING HOURS
Your normal hours of work will be Tuesday to Saturday 10 am to 7 pm.

TERMS
Immediate start, £14 to £16 K Salary with Bonus. Candidate will require a car for business use.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for an energetic and bubbly person to join us, conducting viewings at our properties, mainly working as a mobile agent from laptop and phone. A commission per room or property let will be paid.

We are quite flexible, this position can be a temporary full time position, or a freelance position, and with a view to a permanent position should you impress us!

Your own car will be absolutely necessary for this position. Mileage will be paid.

THE ROLE INVOLVES

• Marketing rooms as available on website and portals
• Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective tenants
• Responding to prospective tenant enquiries by email and phone and add applicants to the CFP database
• Conduct accompanied viewings with prospective tenants
• Follow up calls to Tenants
• Moving tenants into properties, pre-tenancy checks and inspections.
• Coordinating move-ins and Property inspections
• Negotiating terms of tenancy
• Working as part of the Lettings team and covering other negotiators if required
• Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team

SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED

• Experience in sales
• Bubbly, friendly, energetic and confident person
• Dedicated to excellent customer service and a Hard working attitude
• Sales ability and / or hitting targets
• A passion for property
• Excellent telephone manner
• Well Organised
• Must have a Car and full clean driving licence
• Professional and presentable
• TARGET DRIVEN, Self-motivated and self-disciplined
• Willing to work flexible hours
