Guaranteed Rent for HOP Landlords

HOP Landlords can now enjoy extra peace of mind with our new Rent Guarantee, available on our managed tenancies.

We are excited to announce that we now offer rent protection and legal expenses cover as part of our Premium Managed Service, or you can add it as an upgrade to our Standard Managed service too.

The Rent Guarantee offers an extra level of protection when it comes to renting out your property. Should your tenants be unable to pay their rent, you still rely on the income you are expecting – for up to 15 months.

In addition to the making sure you are not out of pocket when it comes to unpaid rent, the Rent Guarantee also offers up to £100,000 legal expenses cover, including appeals and legal representation.

If 2020 taught us anything, it’s that it pays to be prepared. Even when you take all the precautions you can as a Landlord, there will always be times when things don’t quite run to plan.
