Information for our tenants over the Christmas period

1)    Let Leeds Opening Hours
Our office will close at 1pm on Friday 23rd December 2016 and will reopen at 9am on Tuesday 3rd January 2017.
                        
2)    Emergency contact details
In the unfortunate event of an emergency, please make a note of the following contact details:

For emergencies involving boilers, heating, hot water or leaks, please call Leon on 0800 999 4949.

For emergencies involving electrics, please call Chris on 07789 841 614.

Finally, for any other emergency, such as burglaries or lost keys, please call Pat on 07971724162.

Please note that a call out charge may be issued on certain contractor visits.

Even if you have an emergency you still need to log it on Fixflo otherwise we will not have a log of your issue.

3)    Heating
Over the winter months it is important to leave your boiler switched on and left on a low temperature. This is to avoid burst pipes, condensation and other problems which can cause significant damage to your property.

4)    Security
If you are leaving your property it is essential that you ensure alarms are set and that all doors and windows are securely locked. Fitting a lighting tier system is always advised to reduce the chance of burglary.

5)    Insurance
Under the terms of your Tenancy Agreement, you are required to let us now if you are leaving the property for more than 14 days. To do this, simply send us an email to let us know that you will be away from your property. This often affects the terms of your Landlords insurance policy and may also affect your content insurance policy.
