We are excited to announce the launch of HOP’s in-house Property Maintenance service, headed up by our newest recruit, Bajram.
From emergency call outs to ongoing maintenance, Bajram supports our Property Management team with all things maintenance. Having a full-time, permanent property maintenance service in-house means that we can provide our Landlords and Tenants an on-hand solution to remedy any issues with their properties, quickly and easily.
Although a newly-permanent member of the team, Bajram is a very familiar face and has long been a trusted Contractor of ours. Before joining us, Bajram worked as an all-round handy man for property specialists like HOP. With many years of experience working for landlords and tenants alike, he is the perfect fit to join the team.
We have been looking at bringing maintenance in-house for some time, so that we can be more reactive (and proactive) with maintenance requests. By having this critical service in-house, it means that we can deliver the highest levels of customer service for our Tenants and Landlords.
We have worked with Bajram for many years as a Contractor and are thrilled to have him join us as a permanent member of the HOP team, heading up HOP’s in-house Property Maintenance service.

Our in-house maintenance service allows our Property Managers to delegate work quickly and efficiently. We can prioritise jobs that need more urgent attention and avoid delays when external contractors may be too busy with other clients. Maintenance issues can quickly become a bugbear for tenants and landlords alike and having the in-house resource to keep the properties in great condition is the perfect solution. This helps HOP to provide an ongoing top-quality service and helps to retain good tenants in properties for longer.
Since Bajram joined HOP a few months a go, he has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from our tenants. His friendliness, politeness and hard-working approach helps tenants to feel positive when reporting any maintenance issues to HOP. He can fix all kinds of issues and gets to know our properties inside out, helping to keep them in optimum condition and a welcoming home to live in.

As well as happy tenants, Bajram also helps to give our Landlords extra reassurance and confidence in any maintenance carried out by HOP. It also provides transparency, with a cost structure already in place.
