HOP has been appointed to manage and market a brand new £12.5m student accommodation scheme, Union, which is due to complete later this year.

Currently being developed by Burley Place Ltd (BPL) with Tolent as principle contractor, this luxury student apartment is quickly taking shape just across the road from our Leeds office.

We’ve been working closely with the team at BPL, consulting on every aspect of Union from the specification and finishes to the branding, to bring this state-of-the-art offering to the student market.

The development will provide 87 luxury, high spec studio apartments and a host of incredible on-site amenities including concierge, gym, cinema room, 24/7 security, parking and even smart laundry service. Every detail has been carefully considered to create the ultimate student home.

Exclusively marketed by HOP, these impressive apartments are perfectly located for students attending Leeds University, Leeds City College and Leeds Beckett and are just a short walk from Leeds city centre.

The set up and ongoing operation of Union is handled by the HOP Block Management Team, led by Director, Terry Adams.  By handling the marketing, as well as the block management, we are able to deliver a seamless service, all under one roof.

This is the first opportunity for us to really demonstrate what we can do as HOP.

By offering an integrated approach, we are able to deliver a holistic property service at every stage of the development, from conception to full occupation.

– Luke Gidney, MD of HOP
