Let Leeds in the Top 3% of Agencies

We are over the moon to have been awarded a Best Estate Agent Guide Award as one of the best estate agencies in Great Britain.

Although we are always proud to receive any accolade, this one always feels extra special to receive, because of the way it is judged.

The Best Estate Agent Guide Award is the only award that partners with Rightmove to help select its winners, making it an award based on true merit and hard statistics.

25,000 agency branches were checked over a 6 month period, with winning agencies passing through a number of stages to reach the final result.

The first round of checks looked at:

• % of listings with 5+ photos
• % of listings with a floorplan
• No. of detailed page views highest in patch
• No. of leads highest in patch

10,500 agencies then made it through to the next round where they analysed the stats for:

• % of new listings in their patch
• % of lets
• Average days to Let a property
• Lowest Number of fall throughs

The top 7,500 then went through to the Mystery Shopping round, where they were evaluated on Customer Service:

• Email and phone call Mystery shop
• Trust and likeability
• Professionalism and courtesy
• Listening and understanding
• Knowledge of the property
• Speed of response

After all of this, Let Leeds has been recognised as one of the top 3% of Agents in the country!
