Let-Leeds operates a fair fee structure.

We provide a professional service to our tenants, meaning our Tenancy fees good value for money.

As an ethical agent we operate a 24 HOUR COOLING OFF PERIOD. If for any reason you decide to withdraw, a full refund will be made.

Our Tenancy administration fees are £90 + VAT per Tenant. A minimum fee of £180 + VAT per property applies.

Our Tenancy Administration fee includes as standard;

Online Administration service: Credit checks, employer reference, landlord reference, tenancy application forms, ID verification, full legal tenancy paperwork

Assisted property check in, Professional property clean, Maintenance checks, Inventory (if requested by the Landlord and on managed properties only)
