We have recent previous experience in taking on property portfolios and will work hard to ensure the process will be smooth and hassle-free. Let-Leeds currently manages portfolios on behalf of landlords based as far away as China and the Emirates so we are well aware that communication and transparency are key.

Let-Leeds will deliver the clients a dedicated full-time portfolio manager and an out-of-hours mobile for any contact requirements, Tenants will be given immediate access to our 24/7 maintenance department, Current Tenants uncertainty will be alleviated by a meet and greet service, vacant properties will be assessed and appraised and where suitable, will be marketed within 48 hours of key hand-over.

We will also be working on the saleability of the portfolio where a working strategy would be discussed and implemented to maximise future rental yields.
