Let-Leeds sees Pudsey Expansion after Greenhaven Takeover

Let-Leeds are excited to announce their latest move in the Leeds property management and rental market.

We are proud to announce the takeover of Pudsey based Greenhaven Property Management. This move marks an expansion into the west of Leeds that Let-Leeds has been looking to make for some time.

Luke Gidney, founder and MD of Let-Leeds, says “Greenhaven is a fantastic company with more than 200 properties on its books and we are an agency with a track record of success and a philosophy of putting our clients’ needs first.

“There were other parties interested in taking Greenhaven but it seems that our reputation for customer-based service, our fresh way of doing things and the way we treat our staff all helped to clinch the deal.

For us, this is an expansion into the west side of Leeds that we have been looking to make for some time. We are doing business in central Leeds in a way that pleases landlords and tenants.”

Following on from the start of our investment sales service which has now been running for a few months, Luke Gidney believes this expansion shows the health of the current property market. “But prospective sellers do still need to take care that they entrust the right people with the challenge of selling or letting their property.'” He warned.
