Let Leeds Shortlisted for Best Estate Agent Guide Award 2018

What’s good and different about this award is that it is a compiled by the Property Academy and supported by the UK’s leading property portal Rightmove. Agents are judged on a number of key criteria that includes marketing & lead generation; results – including whether the property sold or let and how quickly; customer experience; and market share.

It’s not a question of us submitting our details for the award, it happens automatically, thereby giving one of the truest assesments of the market as a whole (rather than just focussing on those agencies who enter the awards). That’s why it’s so special to be shortlisted in the Regional Awards category of Lettings.

So many property transactions now happen online and Rightmove is obviously one of the biggest portals around. Using data from the portal itself, the award looks at over 25,000 branches and 1 million properties listed and then does 50,000 mystery shops of the agents themselves.

The top performing branches are accredited with an exceptional (top 5%), excellent (top 10%) or highly rated classification and listed on bestestateagentguide.co.uk.
