Let Leeds wins Gold at Lettings Live 2015

Following a successful year which has seen Let-Leeds grow further to 14 full time staff, moving into our plush new offices, and launching our new investment sales operation, Let-Leeds entered the Lettings Live 2015 event this year to showcase our fantastic year and the work we have put in.
The event, which was attended by guest speaker and international athlete Paula Radcliffe, kicked off on Friday with hundreds of lettings agents from across the country attending based on their innovation, dedication to improving their business and the services they provide.
The judging process was a long and rigorous process with 3 stages starting with a written submission, then telephone interviews and finally a mystery shopping process to test each agent’s customer service and attention to detail. We were excited to hear that we had come 12th nationwide on the mystery shop, something Luke (director) was very proud to let us know as soon as it was announced!
With that success still fresh in our minds, Let-Leeds were then revealed as the Gold winner for the Best Single Office Northern.

We’re glad to see such big improvements in our business and our service over the years which has been recognised by our consistent accolades at the awards during the past four years. Winning the Gold this year after our Silver award last year has proved to us that our current strategy of optimising the way we work and the services we offer is working.
