Senior position available at Let-Leeds reporting to the Branch Manager.

Salary circa £20,000 + Bonus + Car + Phone

Start date: ASAP

Required;

• Proven track record having worked for other Letting Agents in Leeds in the past
• Ability to develop quickly a network of property owners
• A ‘people’ person who can develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Experience of property software – prefer to have used CFP in the past
• Passion for property, enthusiasm and hunger to succeed
• Networking, cold calling, influencing and good sales skills
• Ability to Motivate others
• Professional attitude, understands the requirement of ‘excellent’ customer service
