1. Arguably the numero uno pro for living in Leeds city centre is the fact that you’ll be living close to where you work. Plus, you won’t need to spend money on public transport. The city centre is quite compact, with the shopping quarter, civic quarter, cultural quarter, financial quarter, and skyscraper quarter all within reasonable walking distance of one another.

2. I love the smell of commerce in the morning! Whether you’re on The Headrow, Briggate, Vicar Lane, in one of the state-of-the-art shopping centres, the Corn Exchange, the Victorian arcades, you are surrounded by over a thousand shops! 7. Having said that, some days when you get home from work, you’re absolutely starving but you just don’t have the will to cook. Not a problem. They’re a great place to meet with friends and make some new friends, party like a nutter, or have a meal and a quiet drink. Whatever you want from a watering hole, be it a traditional pub or a trendy bar, Leeds city centre will have something that caters to your tastes. Whether you’re an insomniac looking to while away the hours until daylight or just out to bounce around for a couple of hours, Leeds city centre’s clubs have your night sorted.

10. Events such as the World Curry Festival and the Leeds International Film Festival are easily accessible, and as there’s always something going on in the city centre, there’s always something to do. It’s probably a bit of a stretch to say that renting professional property in Leeds city centre means that you will never be bored, but to be fair, you’ll not be able to honestly claim that’s there’s nothing to do.
