Online Viewings
Safety is our priority at the moment, so we have invested in super-clever tech so you can explore our properties virtually from the safety of your own home.
See something you like the look of and want to get a property look? Call our friendly team on 0113 322 9324 to book in your online viewing and we’ll chat through your requirements and see what other properties we can match you to at the same time. We can also do some face to face viewings through the lockdown period.
Easy Application
Once you’ve found your perfect pad, applying is a breeze.
- We’ll complete a Pre-Tenancy with you and take a Holding Deposit to reserve the property for you for 15 days while you complete all the paperwork.
- Then you can use our smart HOP Online Application to fill in all your details, upload the relevant docs and give us your Guarantor.
- Once your Guarantor has completed their paperwork too and been through referencing, you’ll all be sent a final Tenancy Agreement to sign electronically.
- Pay the remainder of your Deposit (which is then safely stored with the DPS) and the property is yours!
