• • Entrants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  • This Giveaway applies to properties let by our HOP Leeds branch only. The offer does not apply to properties let or sold by HOP Pudsey or HOP Horsforth.
  • Giveaway starts on 12th December. Those who have reserved a property with HOP prior to this date will not be eligible.
  • This Giveaway excludes current tenants renewing their contracts with HOP.
  • The Giveaway is only eligible for properties with 3 bedrooms or more. Properties with 1 or 2 bedrooms (including individual room lets) will not be eligible for this voucher.
  • Tenants are only eligible for this voucher once the full deposit has been received and all contracts are signed by all parties (including every tenant, guarantors and HOP). Prior to this, the voucher can and may be rewarded to another party.
  • Employees or agencies of HOP, their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw. Persons may not enter or participate as part of a syndicate or on behalf of any other person, syndicate, group, society or company.
  • Giveaway winners will be notified once their contracts are signed and deposits received.
  • Giveaway winners must collect their voucher from HOP Leeds office within 28days. If the voucher is not collected within this time, the voucher will be forfeited and the voucher will be awarded to the next signing group.
  • The voucher is non-exchangeable and non transferable and is not redeemable for other prizes.
  • The Giveaway cannot be changed, amended, extended or reduced at anytime.
  • Identification must be shown on collection.
  • The winner will be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Giveaway and the winner shall participate in such activity on HOP’s reasonable request. The winner consents to the use by HOP, both before and after the closing date of the Giveaway for an unlimited time, of the winner’s voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by HOP and its related companies) and in advertising, social media, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Giveaway, all entrants consent to the same.
  • HOP reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Giveaway with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of HOP in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • HOP shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
