Yorkshire letting agent Let-Leeds is celebrating its second gold after another national awards success.

The company was named gold award winner in The 2013 Sunday Times Lettings Agency of the Year Awards. Its victory comes just weeks after it won gold at the highly-prestigious ESTAS 2013 Letting Agent Awards – and a year after picking up silver at the 2012 Sunday Times awards.

According to Let-Leeds founder Luke Gidney, the latest award caps a great 12 months for the agency, which has offices in Leeds and York.

He said: “We always strive to do the very best for our tenants and landlords, as we believe that is the duty of a reputable letting agent. And we do this with no intention of winning any kind of award.

“But I have to be honest and say that it is a great honour and privilege for Let-Leeds to pick up its second national gold award in a matter of weeks. A year ago, we were celebrating silver in the Sunday Times awards and it is immensely pleasing to collect gold this time.

“It is a great encouragement to everyone at Let-Leeds to realise that the good work that we do is being noticed and praised by both our clients and other professionals in the property sector.

“And while we are delighted with this latest success, we are determined not to rest on our laurels. At Let-Leeds, we believe in doing whatever we can to keep making improvements to the service we provide. And that will never stop, no matter which awards we win.’’

In this latest success, Let-Leeds was the winner of the Sunday Times letting Agency of the Year, Gold Award, Northern Region, independent office.
