• Employees or agencies of HOP, their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw. Persons may not enter or participate as part of a syndicate or on behalf of any other person, syndicate, group, society or company.
• The prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to people aged 18 and over.
• Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• Property valuation must take place between 14^th February 2022 – 30th June 2022.
• HOP must be formally instructed by 17:00 on 30th June 2022. Properties instructed following this time will not be included.
• All instructed properties will receive a HOP candle displaying a number on the candles base. This number will be your personal number for the draw.
• One overall winner and 5 runners up will be chosen from a random draw of numbers comprising of properties meeting these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed on Tuesday 5^th July 2022.
• The overall winner will receive a gift voucher for the “Sleeping Beauty Spa Escape for Two” at Rudding Park. Five runners up will receive a ‘Do Not Disturb’ TEMPLESPA hamper worth over £45.
• Prizes/voucher can only be redeemed once Offer has been accepted and solicitors have been instructed.
• Winners will be contact by telephone by Sales Manager Rich Hare.
• Winners must collect their voucher or hamper from HOP office in Horsforth within 2 weeks of the winners being drawn. If the voucher/hamper is not collected within this time, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen at random. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and HOP shall be entitled to select another winner.
• Identification must be shown on collection.
• The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable, and is not redeemable for other prizes.
• The competition closing date can be extended or moved forward at anytime.
• The winner will be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on HOP’s reasonable request. The winner consents to the use by HOP, both before and after the closing date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner’s voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by HOP and its related companies) and in advertising, social media, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the same.
• HOP accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. HOP further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.
• HOP reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of HOP in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
• HOP shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
