Winners of Best Estate Agent Guide Award 2020

We are extremely proud of this award, not least because of the rigorous processes we have gone through in order to win it.

The Best Estate Agent Guide Award is held in conjunction with the Property Academy and Rightmove and the results are based on looking a number of criteria that include Rightmove stats and customer service experience.

“One of the most important things to us, and our business, is customer service.” Says MD, Luke Gidney.

“To have our service independently judged and tested against over 25,000 other agents across the UK, and come out rated Exceptional in the top 3%, is something we have all worked very hard to achieve as a team. We are chuffed to bits to win.”

The evaluation for the award works through a number of stages, starting with 25,000 agents UK-wide which are then whittled down to the very top performers in the industry.

There are a number of different rounds of judging and each agent is measured against several different key performance metrics that include:

• Quality of Rightmove listing (floorplans, photos and descriptions)
• Stats based on percentage of lets made and number of new listings
• Average days to Let a property

The top 7,500 branches then go through a comprehensive email and phone call Mystery Shop. This ensures that the branches perform as well in customer service as they do in the cold hard stats.

The Mystery Shop is designed to evaluate a number of different factors including trust & likeability, professionalism & courtesy, listening & understanding, knowledge of the property and speed of response.
